I absolutely loved the course and enjoyed getting to hear about both theory and practice from Pelle Hansen. The course answered many of the questions about nudging that had long been left largely/inadequately unaddressed by popular science books and academic articles; the paramount being how to actually go about applying nudging. Pelle shared a number of practical tips and guidelines that allowed the idea of nudging to become more concrete and scientifically rigorous. I would strongly advise anybody interested in applying nudges to attend this.

Human behaviour is the basic component of any organization, company, or institution. Simultaneously, the behaviour of some of the most fascinating, if you dare stand on the sidelines and challenge our everyday perception of what shapes our everyday lives, with knowledge, science and evidence.

Through my work as a behaviorist, I work every day with this challenge across sectors, organizations and time zones. Over the years I have specialized in changing behaviour patterns based on ‘nudging’ and applied behavioural science. Together with my team we have worked with everything from smoking and boarding at airports to registration systems and letter writing in the public sector.

In my lectures I try to communicate my fascination and joy of human behaviour, and the importance and the potential for you to work to change behaviour in positive directions. Based on more than 300 national and international lectures I have chosen to insist on showing rather than explaining the many quirky factors that should not mean anything for our behaviour in principle, but do it in practice.
